Made-to-Order Production

Every Last Call piece is produced specifically for your order rather than sitting on a warehouse shelf. This approach helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste while ensuring every item is created with purpose.

Because items are made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged once production has begun.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Refunds or replacements are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence of the issue.
